Now that Apple has released Thunderbolt 1/2 (display port shaped) to Thunderbolt 3 (usb3.1c) adaptor,
will my Promise Pegasus1 R4 work with this adaptor with my new system based on Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3 and Windows 10 ?

USB 3.1 type C connector is new design for supporting Thunderbolt 3 device.
Promise Pegasus1 r4 is a Thunderbolt 1 design and It is not compatible with USB 3.1 type C connection.

my question is not if Pegasus1 support USB3.1, but:
does it work with Apple Thunderbolt to USB3.1 adapter ?
There are lot of Thunderbolt products that can work with this adapter, does it also work with Pegasus1 ?
