Hello
Ive a probleme of the inopinate shut down caused by température sensor with indicate température is too high for the system and prevent une minute before and finaly shutdown
the fans turns silently and could turn more if necessary...
i have other pegasus 2 products without any problem of température and localised in a hotter place !
What can i do ? Please help!!!
the product with problem is Pegasus 32R6-24 To (with 6 drives of 4 TB)

Please open a case at https://support.promise.com/ with the Service Report. We will check the report and will advise on next steps. Steps to save the subsystem report: 1) Open Promise Utility. 2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window. 3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility. 4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to the case Thanks !
