What's the story on this? The link provided on the included Symply card (R8) just goes to their home page, not a reservation list. Has this company already hit the skids?

The utility can be found on the Promise Support downloads page for the Pegasus3 Symply Edition Series:

So the "Symply Storage Management Suite for MacOS" is the Promise Utility? How does Symply play into this equation?
The Promise logo on the front of the unit, so it stands to reason that the Promise utility for the Pegasus would be compatible.
Promise manufactiures the products and Symply sells them, perfectly normal arrangement...

Maybe you need to re-read the question. This unit is called "The Symply Edition". It comes with a card that reads...
"This card entitles the ownerto a single user license of the Symply Management Suite as soon as it is available.
Initial Promise Pegasus3 Symply Edition systems were sold before Symply is available... etc."
"Please pre-register to reserve your Symply software and you will be notified as soon as the software becomes available. Registration and software reservationcan be found here: gosymply.com/reservationlist"
However, (as stated previously) "The link provided on the included Symply card (R8) just goes to their home page, not a reservation list."
"as soon as it is available"
I guess it is not available yet...
Thumbs up for Richard
