Can anyone confirm the support page is completely down? All links create a new browser page. Even if I try and commet on an existing case by clicking on an email, it just starts a fresh browser page.

Seems to be ok on Windows. MacOS is down.
I just checked with Safari on a Mojave and a Big Sur MAC, works fine.

Yep, that one worked. Opened up the correct page. Email link seems to be working now too.
