Hi. I have a Pegasus 2 R6 18tb. For the second time in a row the power botton unit stays orange after the power up (2 sec blue than goes orange, no icon on desktop). Few seconds more becomes red and shuts down. What can I do?

Hi,
The issue you are reporting occurs if the thunderbolt link is not properly established. The Pegasus boots up and shuts down automatically. Please check if the thunderbolt cable is properly seated, do try a different port on the Pegasus. The Blue thunderbolt indicator should be lit up just below the power button indicating a connection. If not, you could try a different cable and check.
