SmartStor NS4600 - Can't access PASM

Hi,

I have an NS4600 and since removing some old users from the device and rebuilding my array I'm no longer able to access WebPASM. I can FTP to the device and browse via SMB.

I have created a support ticket but the device isn't under warranty so was hoping for some community support.

It may also be worth adding that I'm not worried about losing the data on the drives so any advice welcome. I have already tried a HARD reset.
