Iv Googled like crazy to find anything about sharing a Thunderbolt Peg R4 with more than one MBP at the same time, but I cant find anything on the topic. Any help? Thanks!

Hi,
Thunderbolt only allows one host (your Mac) to connect to a TB device at a time, it was never meant for sharing devices with two or more Macs.
That said, you could share the Pegasus disk on your Mac with other over the network:
