Shared folder

I'm creating folders via Apollo Utility and I give full access to some folder to other member of my small office. But if they upload files or folder in a shared folder where I gave them read and write rights, I can't see the files or folder they uploaded. Am I wronging something?

Please help me

What is the Apollo utility and firmware version running on the unit?
