A few months ago I installed a 10G switch for our CG workgroup. I then installed the SANLin3 N1 to each of their iMac desktops (1 iMac Pro (iMacPro1,1), & 10 iMac's (iMac18,3 & iMac19,1). I also put one on a Macbook Pro (2018) and a MacBook Air (2018) . So far the macbooks have not had an issure with the SANLink connections, and neither has the iMac Pro, however, the iMac 5K desktops, both versions, are experiencing random network drops. Further, the I/O seems to work out but not in, as they can see the network but can't mount shares or access internet. To correct they must unplug the SANLink3 then re-plug it back in, wait about 15 seconds and it works again. The Network Hardware settings on each machine areConfigure: Manually; Speed: 10Gbase-T; Duplex: full-Duplex; MTU: Jumbo (9000); AVB/EAV Mode. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
SANLink3 N1 will randomly drop network

Please let us know after unplug and re-plugg of Sanlink3 with your Mac, is it still you are getting the issue or it's working fine after that?

It works after that, but not for long. It is intermittent across all iMacs.

Let remove the old program and try to download again

Your problem may be configuring Jumbo frames (9k). To use Jumbo frames, every device in the path must support Jumbo Frames. Most simple switches or home routers won't work with Jumbo frames. Try setting MTU to 1500 and restarting the Sanlink.
