SanLink3 and Ubiquiti edgeswitch 16 xg

I want to connect the two above - SanLink connected to our 2017 iMac, connected via Cat.7 Ethernet to the 10 Gbit Switch.

Unfortunately I don't get a connection, it only works to different devices, that are only 1 GBit.

Do you have any suggestions? Help very appreciated!

Having same problem both to a switch and directly to a server using a static IP.
