I was wondering if anyone knows a 10G Ethernet transceiver which would be compatiable with both the SANLink2 10G SFP and a Cisco 10GbE switch. I've looked at the compatability matrix, which doesn't seem to include all of the compatiable transceivers. Also, am I correct in my belief that the transceivers need to match on both ends (at the SANLink and the Cisco switch)? I'm much more experienced with FC than with 10GbE and I've had speed issues with mismatched transceivers in the past (even though they were the same speed and specs). Thanks!

Better you could get the compatibility list from Cisco based on your switch model & level and compare both and see if any SFP matches your requirement.
