No mather what we do, we can't get this up and running.

Doesn't show up as a network adapter in System Preferences, doesn't show up in Sanlink Utility.

Although the device shows up in System Info as a Thunderbolt bus (see attached picture).

Am I using the correct version? Mac OSx High Sierra (10.13) - Driver 1.8.2

Mac Pro (Late 2013) / 3,5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5 / 16 GB 1866 MHz DDR3

Hi Karel,

Could you please provide a little more details to check further?

Which SanLink2 Utility version is running on your Mac Pro?

The latest driver version is : V1.8.2.

Here is the link:

Kindly reinstalling the driver and reboot your Mac Pro to see if it works.

Please go to https://support.promise.com to create a web support ticket. Kindly, attach the system profiler to the case for further investigation.

Go to the below link to get the step by step instruction on how to save the system profiler.

Thank you.

Same problem here. Everything was working fine on macOS Sierra (with driver 1.8.2). Today I formatted the Mac (iMac 13,2), made a clean install to High Sierra and now I can't see my networks though SanLink2.

Promise Sanlink2 shows up in System Profiler but no options in the network preference pane nor Sanlink Utility.

I already reinstalled, rebooted, etc. Nothing changes.

FIXED! (Thanks Promise Support Team!)

MacOS was blocking the drivers from installing. I had to go to "System Preferences/Security & Privacy" and allow the drivers to install.
