Hi Abdurrab,
We need to verify the drive dead sequence order to make forceonline, so kindly generate the subsystem report using Promise utility
and create a web support case at support.promise.com where you can attach the report.

First, I removed the dead drive and swapped it out with a new 2 TB unit. Then, I turned on the RAID and set it to rebuild the new drive.
