Mac Mini Late 2014
When it connect to the MacMini, it works well, but recently it always disconnected and the Pegasus hangs.
The power light remains blue and power button is irresponsive. I have to unplug the power and reconnect it.
but the issue repeating after 30 mins of use, and then hangs again.
It;s on my working server mac mini and caused great inconvinience.

Hi Eddie,
Please make sure the Pegasus unit is running with the latest version of firmware.
Follow the below steps to update the firmware:
- Open Promise Utility.
- Click on the Padlock on the left bottom corner of the screen and type you system password to unlock the utility.
- Click on Promise Utility tab from the menu bar next to the apple icon on the right top corner of the screen and click on check for updates.
- Select the available update and click next to update the firmware.
You will be prompted to reboot the unit after the firmware update, please click ok on the pop-up window and restart the unit to complete the firmware update.
If you are running with an older version of utility, you have to perform the above step twice to update the firmware and the utility
If you still have the same issue, please go to https://support.promise.com to register the product and create a support ticket with the latest subsystem report and the MAC profiler for further investigation.

Follow the below step to save the subsystem report for further investigation.
- Open Promise Utility.
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
- Click the lock symbol in the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report.
