remote sync to another vendors NAS

Hi 

can anyone advise if you are able to backup the Apollo cloud to a seagte personal cloud ?

seagate seems to allow this but i cannot see how to initiate this on the apollo cloud where all my fires are kept

Hi Daniel,

Apollo Cloud can use its backup/restore function to USB, but not to Seagate Personal Cloud.  We are not sure the limitation of Seagate Cloud but Apollo uses the security code for its backup.  It only can be read back to Apollo.  However, you can go to Files > select file(s) > right click to backup to USB and try this way.
