Drive has been working great. Just had the Red Power light illuminate and drive not neing recognized.

Hi Sean,
Please power OFF the unit and Remove all the drives from the unit. Power ON the empy unit and save the report using the below steps .
1) Open Promise Utility.
2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report.
Then open a case at @ https://support.promise.com/ with the report for proceeding furher.
