I'm having problems installing my new Pegasus 32 R8. Straight out of the box, plugged it in but my computer doesn't see it. The drive is on but the power button is red. When turing it on it starts out orange as expected, then you can hear a few beeps and the light turns red and stays like that. I've found the USB driver in the download centre but it still doesn't mount. Tried support but got no answer. Anyone has any other ideas of what i could try next? Any help appreciated!

The web support ticket has been updated. Please login to support.promise.com go to web support and view existing support cases. If you are unable to open the case then the pop up blocker must be enabled, you need to disable it.
