Red light pegasus R2 8

Since backing up my Pegasus drives (using an older Sonnet enclosure and Chronosync software) the red warning light has appeared on Drive 8 and the stand by is orange.

Is this an imminent drive failure or should I be running some other tests first.

Hello Chris,

Please register yourself at support.promise.com and register a case along with the subsystem report of the unit so we can check and let you know.

Steps to save the subsystem report :
 
1) Open Promise Utility.
2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report
