I have an old but trusted Pegasus R4. I had a power cut overnight and the Promise Utility shows that my logical drive has been placed offline. Is there anyway to recover this as I have a lot of data on it?

Hi Tony,
There is not enough information in the screenshot to tell.
Please generate a service report, zip it, and attach it to your next post.
This Knowledge Base article shows you how to generate a service report.
Trying to upload, but I get "File extension not allowed"
Hi Tony,
That's why you have to zip the file. It says to zip the file in my original post.
I have zipped the file, but I still get 'File Extension Not Allowed"
I have tried two types of compression software
Hi Tony,
I take taken the issue to the forum IT, they will allow zips. Stay tuned, it probably won't be done until tomorrow.
Hi Tony,
Another forum poster has just successfully attached a zipped service report, so it works now.
Please attach a zipped service report to one of your posts, and please update the forum so I know about it.
Hi Tony,
It looks like all the disks went offline at the same time.

However PD4 went offline first and we will assume it is stale.
The procedure from here is to bring PD1,2 and 3 online.
To do this you need the CLI, to access the CLI open a terminal and enter promiseutil.
These are the CLI commands.
phydrv -a online -p 1
phydrv -a online -p 2
phydrv -a online -p 3
At this point the LD should be online but critical, the volume should mount. After it mounts open the Volume and check that your files are visible. If they are, we can proceed to the next step and start a rebuild to PD4.
First, reboot the Pegasus.
After rebooting, the CLI command to start a rebuild is...
rb -a start -d 0 -s 3 -p 4
You can monitor rebuild progress from the Promise Utility Background Tasks.
Also be advised that PD3 SMART data shows some issues. If you don't have a spare replacement disk onhand, getting one would be a good idea.
Fabulous advice, thank you. Worked a treat. All back no data loss, all drives health 100%
