Hi Tom,

Could you check with uninstall(move to Trash) and reinstall the driver from your Mac.

Kindly use below link to download the driver for Pegasus2:
https://www.promise.com/DownloadFile.aspx?DownloadFileUID=4533

After installing the driver, reboot the Mac, go to system preference-privacy and allow the driver to be load.

Kindly reach us by creating a web support case id at support.promise.com for quick response.

Good morning,

I downloaded the new driver for Pegasus2 on Catalina for my iMac, and I followed your instructions from the PDF you sent me. When I restarted I could not mount my Pegasus2 drives at all???  I tried to restart several time and never recieved a message that the "R_MacDrv_V6.2.3.pkg couldn't be opened. I am now totally unable to get to my client files as before it was intermittent. Im on a short timeline, I need to be able to access my client files.

Thank you,

Tom
