Brought the MacPro (Late 2013 ... running High Sierra 10.13.2) home because kid is sick. Brought the raid home too for video editing. Now I can't get the raid to mount. It did for about 30 seconds. Long enough to open Premiere and see the video I was working on, then went offline.

Worked fine yesterday.

It doesn't mount. It's not visible in finder. Normally I have network access at work, and the raid it directly plugged into the computer like it is now.

Promise Utility doesn't give a dashboard anymore either. Just the bar at the top. I checked for updates and updated. Changed the port from 8080 to 8088. Still no dice.

Hi Alec,

Looks like we need to check the service report to find out the actual problem.

Please register yourself as an user @https://support.promise.com and open a case with the report..

- Shutdown the pegasus.

- Mark and Remove all the drives from the unit.

- Turn ON the unit without the drives .

- Open Promise Utility.

- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.

- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.

- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to this case.

Thanks !
