I turned off my Promise R6 (first generation) in the evening and the next morning it would not mount. The drive and system LED are all blue, the thunderbolt LED is lighting up. I use thunderbolt 2 to 3 adapter connected to MBP 15 2018. This set up worked for several months.

In order to find the exact problem please send us the latest subsystem report.
Please register yourself as a user @ https://support.promise.com and open a case with the subsystem report.
Steps to save the subsystem report :
1) Open Promise Utility.
2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to the case.
