R6 12 TB went offline after Disk Failure

Hi

I had a disk failure and the Pegasus went offline. I cannot access any more. However I have had configured Raid 5 and one Spare Drive. So shouldn't the Pegaus continue running and start rebuild with teh spare drive? I do not understand why it is no longer accesible.

What to do?

It seems that logical drive marked as offfine, Need to trubleshoot further to find out the issue and For further technical assistance please contact  promise support (408-228-1500)
