R4 upgrade from 2tb drives to 5tb drives

I have r4 with 2tb drives. Want to change all to Hitachi 5tb drives. Will the R4 accept the larger drives? Any thing in the firmware that will not support 5tb drives?

Hi Mark,

5TB HDD is not in our compatibility list.

Thanks - is there a way that I can be notified when Promise supports drives larger than 4tb for the R4?
