I have been using my R4 for the last 6 years with no issues. I recently updated my computer and the Pegasus is no longer showing up as a drive. I have tried 3 differnet cable configurations so I am confident it is not the cabling, is there a software compatibility issue with OSX 10.14?

Hi Jonathan,
Kindly make sure to install the latest drivers to see if the drives are mounted. Go to the link below to download the latest drivers.

Also, make sure to allow permissions to intall thrid party application on MAC 10.14. If you still have any issues, kindly go to https://support.promise.com to register the product and create a support ticket for further investigation.
