When booting, a controller would hang at "starting i2..."
and if I remove that controller, then the boot would success.

Hi,
I had tried:
1. exchanging their ram
2. exchanging their USB DOM
3. upgrading FW to 2017 (latest)
4. exchanging controller socket
5. leaving one controller at a time
But only one works. The another one usually hangs at "starting i2..."

Hi,
Have you tried to unseat/reseat the controller to see if it works? Is it controller 1 or 2?
What is the light status of the controller? The light status would be behind the unit.
