After upgrading to Mohave 10.16, my Promise Utility would not run. I upgraded to the latest version, and it won't recognise the two R2 unit that I have hooked up. They both show up on the desktop normally, but the utility doesn't see them. Because of this I can't upgrade the firmware on these units. Does nayone else have this problem? I tried to open a support request, but got no response from Promise. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

-Kindly shutdown the both your Pegasus2 unit, then uninstall the Promise utility and reboot the Mac. After Powering on the Mac, reinstall the latest version of Promise utility and then power on the Pegasus2 one by one. Then verify the Promise utility able to connect with both unit or not.
