Promise Utility doesn't work anymore

I am using an iMac Pro running 10.14.6 system.  The two units mount on the desktopand are usable, but the utility program won't run correctly (locks up with spinng wheel) and/or won't see the two Pegasus 2 R4 units.  I've gone through all the steps to uninstall, reinstall the drivers and the utility to no avail.  I've seen other threads with the same problem.  Has it been resolved?

I've currently got 4.02.0000.21 installed, however I've tried installing every previous version.
