Promise® Pegasus R4 / R6

 Does anyone have experience using replacement drives larger than 4tb, ie 6tb, in the original Pegasus R4 (Pegasus1)? I have the compatibility list v1.17 but just wonder if there are users having succes with 6tb, and which drives?

Hi Mark,

Pegaus R4 units are not tested with 6TB drives and it is not compatible.  

Note: In compatible drives may work or it may not detect in the unit and to avoid other issues like multiple drive failures or data corruption it is always advisable to install compatible drive in the unit.
