Promise Pegasus J4 drive enclosure and Mac Sierra

Recently installed Mac Sierra update on my Late 2015 iMac, and experience Kernal Panic when Promise Pegasus J4 drive enclosure is plugged in.

 

Unplugging Pegasus J4 from my iMac makes everyting A-OK.

 

Any advice?

Unaccountably, the drive worked on my Sierra-equipped MacBook Pro with the previous driver. I downloaded the new driver to my iMac and the Macbook and all is well.
