We are using Promise pegasus 2 R4 for last 2 years.Last day the Promise pegasus 2 R4 try to power on but its not shown any indications and try to hold the power button for 30sec .After that it is not power up.We have tried two other systems and multiple power code and thunderbolt cable.But Promise pegasus 2 R4 not turning on.Please find out the solution to solve the issue.

Hi Mind,
The Pegasus will automatically shut down after booting up if there is no active Thunderbolt connection, i.e the host machine should also be powered up and running. Do try a different thunderbolt cable & check. Also connect to the other Thunderbolt port on the Pegasus and check. If still same, try another Thunderbolt port on the Windows PC is available. If all else fails please try another host machine with a thunderbolt port.

Hi Dev,
We have connected the device in multiple systems all are mac machines with different thunderbolt cable.The thuderbolt cable we have conneted tryied on another storage which is G drive,working properly.We don't have windows machines in our premises. So i think it would't possible.Is that any other options to slove the issue.
