After a few months of non-use, I connected the Promise Pegasus 2 R4 to my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) Big Sur 11.3. It starts when I turn on the computer and the lights are blue. As you can see in the photo, there are 2 blue lights on two HDDs each, and only one blue light on the others. Nothing appears in finder or in Disk Utility. However, the unit is visible in System Information/Hardware/Thunderbolt. Promise Utility has no active window. I deleted and reinstalled the Promise Utility, reinstalled the R_MacDrv_V6.2.9 driver without any success. I also tried on a laptop with macOS Mojave 10.14.6 without success.
