Hi!
I got a promise R6 V1. Now, my R6 PowerButton always in Orange status. Although the Power cable just plug in, the R6 turned on and power button in orange, I tried to press on power button but nothing happen. My Mac can not see R6 too.
What can I do now?! I also submitted my case to Promise Support but I have to waited so long until now!

My Promise R6 is out off warranty and I bought from eBay, and just used some days before issued. I'm Vietnamese so my English isn't good enough to make a call. I tried many times with promise support page but I was not success. So I want to ask: In my case (out off warranty). I need to buy an extended Warranty?! Right?
