Unfortunatly, the Fastrak TX2300 is End Of Life and I don't think there will be any more driver updates.
With that being said, Windows Server 2008 and 2012 require signed drivers. The latest driver in the support page is for Windows 7 and it is WHQL certified, it should work. Windows Server 2008 R2 is the server version of Windows 7. Windows Server 2008 is the server version of Windows Vista, and there is also a Vista driver on the support page.
Regarding Windows 2012, we do not have a driver specifically for it, but there is a very good possibility that the Windows 7 driver will work.
