Problem with Pegasus2 R4

Hi I have a problem with the Pegasus2 R4. On Friday, I noticed a problem that the unit had continuous beep signal and all light turned red. I tried to use the promise utility from iMac and Macbook air, but the screen showed nothing. (On the top left, it showed that the promise utility ran, but the screen showed only laptop background.). I did turn the power off and waited for a few hours, but the beep and lights were still the same. 

For the setup of the system, the Pegasus2 R4 only connects with Mac mini via Thunderbolt.

Hi Jerry,

I saw that my warranty expired. And I tried to submit a case to New Support Case, but I could not proceed to submit it. Is that possible for me to extend the warranty (by purchasing a service package)?

It should allow you to submit a case. Please make sure that all questions are answered in the blanks especially the ones marked with "*".

Once a case is submitted then we will present you with the prices for per-case support of your device, along with support contracts, and, if you qualify, extended warranty contracts.
