Hello
a disc on my tower is defective.
After replacing it with a new one, the tower no longer mounted on my mac
after bad handling in proimise utility, I placed this disc in raid 0 while my tower is in raid 5 and I can no longer put this disc in raid 5
then, I have another problem is that Disk array and logical drive are in red in the promise utility software
and as I must imperatively recover the data from these disks, would you have a solution or the procedure to follow to resolve this problem.

Hi Christophe,

Looks like we need to check the logs to verify few details.

Please register yourself as a user at https://support.promise.com/ and open a case with the Service report.

Steps to save the report :

1) Open Promise Utility.

2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.

3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.

4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report
