Please help Cannot claim Apollo Cloud

Hello

I have just bought an Apollo Cloud 

I have downloaded Apollo Utility. The Apollo Cloud machine is located on the network but when I try to claim it with my email address and get cose, it says "email already in use".

Can anyone help?
