Please help.

We have two Pregasus Promise r6 X 2T.  Both are configured RAID 6 with one convertible spare.

While performing routine Redundancy Check, RAID 0 has proceeded to 29% while RAID 1 was much slower at 23%.  Then a Runtime event was issued on RAID 1:  PD3 0x000D0011 Minor Command Time on Physical Disk.  Then another message was issued:  Physical Disk has been reset.

It appears Redundancy Check is still proceeding for both drives.  RAID 0 is now at 43% while RAID 1 is at 33%.

How should I respond to the Runtime event?  Should I let the Redundancy Check to finish?  Should I stop RAID 1 and trigger PDM for PD3 to the convertible spare.

Your help appreciated.
