Today tryng to do something to recover all  Promise Utiility was describing drives one and four as 'dead' , but now all four drives are lighting red

ihave the same problem with my Promise1 R6, 2 drives are "dead" .

I clicked the  Save Service Report several times , but i cannot tell were the file went to.

intrestingly  the "dead"-called drives seem to be working normal when connecting to an sata-usb-adapter. A smart test doesn't find any issue with the drive.

So is there maybe any chance to get them back working?
