Using a Pegasus2 R4 with the latest firmware conneced to a Mac mini running 10.10.5 server

If I power off and on the Promise unit I can accesss the riad array and use the promise utility but after a short time (1 minute) it disappears and I can't even run a subsystem report.

The unit is out of warranty.

Has anyone seen this behavior and how do I go about fixing it if I can't even run a report?

Hi Harlan,

Please check the THunderbolt connections and make sure the cables are not damaged. You could try swapping the Thunderbolt slots on the Pegasus and change the cable ( if possible) to see if it works.

If not resolved, Please register your email address and your Product  @ https://support.promsie.com and open a Web Case for further asssitance. We will take it forward from there.

Thanks !
