Pegasus32 R6 - VERY loud - is this normal?

Hi All, 

First pegasus product for me and i was a bit shocked when powering the Pegaus32 R6 on for the first time.  It's easily the loudest piece of equipment ive had, maybe ever. With thunderbolt cables being so short, and all of the advertising showing it right next to computers, i'm immediately wondering if this is defective or normal? It's louder than anything else in my room and i wouldnt be able to work with it unless it's in a server room which is not an option.  The power supply fan alone is a bit extreme with the whine and when connected via TB, it's a lot of noise added on. 

Just tyring to figure out if this is indeed this noisey so I can move in the right direction. Everything according to the promise utility is showing green checkmarks.

Hi Oleg,

kindly register the unit using the serial number by logging into support.promise.com and open a web support ticket with the service report of the unit attached so that we could assist you further.

Steps to save the subsystem report:

1) Open Promise Utility.

2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.

3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.

4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to the case.
