Hi,

I have been using my Pegasus32 R4 with my iMac 2014. I bought a new MacBook Pro M1 and tried to connect it to a USB-C cable, but it did not work. mean, not turn on. any idea what is wrong?

Hi Touraj,

Please install the Promise driver.

A Pegasus32 should power on when the power cable is plugged in and it is connected to a powered on Mac with a Thunderbolt cable. The most likely cause of it not powering on is the Thunderbolt cable, please try another cable.
