Pegasus3 R8 not powering on. Pushed power button and it flashed red for a second then went black.

I assume this means the power supply went bad?

Can I pay Promise to replace the power supply, if that's what it s?

Try with a different thunderbolt cable and check if the unit is getting mounted

Mark the drives power off the unit and remove the drives power on the empty unit and check if the unit is detected

You can also check on Promise Utility if the unit is found.
