Pegasus3 R4 starts every 5 min when iMacPro is asleep? Its very sanoying and first it makes 2 beeping sounds followd by 1 a few seconds after. It would be nice if tyhe disk stayed asleep when the computer is asleep.

Hi Alex,
Please enable energy saver on your MAC and check if it works.
- Open System Preferences -> Energy Saver
- Check the box beside "Put hard disks to sleep when possible"
If it is still the same then please create a web support ticket in support.promise.com and attach the subsystem report for further assistance.

Hi,
Here is the steps to save the subsystem report :
- Open Promise Utility
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window
- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report.
