Pegasus3 R4 bad sector

Have a new Pegasus3, less than a month.  Media Patrol shows bad sectors on a drive PD 1.

bad sectors?  On a new drive?  Need I worry?  It's barely begun to run Media Patrol for the very first time and is only 16% through and already finding issues.

Insights appreciated.  Thanks.

It looks like this issue needs to be analyzed with the help of subsystem report of the unit to find out the exact issue. Please call technical support at 408-228-1500 or reach out through support case at  https://support.promise.com.

Basically the drive needs to be replaced since the drive has encountered Bad sectors.
