Hi, I have a red light on one of my 8 drives, and I need to replace it. I need help understand what i must do to fix this I tried reaching out to Tech support but all dead ends. can anybody please help me or point me to the right direction PLEASE? I have years of videos stored in this drive. Thanks, in advanced.
