Pegasus2 R8 won't mount; Promise Utility gives no options

My R8 won't mount. When I launch Utility, it gives me no options to do anything except look at general preferences, check for updates (I'm up to date), or quit. Disk 5 has a red light; the other 7 are all blue all the way down.

I am able to see the drive via the system information window, but that does me no good if I can't access anything.

I'm on a late 2013 iMac, running MacOS 10.12.6

Any help, guys?
