Pegasus2 r8 Utility software won't start

On my Mac Pro (2013) with Catalina, the Utility software for Pegasus2 r8 wont start. Its connected through thunderbolt and its viewable in the mac pros system report under thunderbolt. But its not showing in finder.

I have downloaded the latest version of the Pegasus2 series utility for Mac and its SR3.4.6. And I have installed the latest drives (SR3.0.2). But the Utility software refuses to start.

I guess I need that software to have access to the extra storage of the pegasus.

Any help is much needed.

Hi Marcus,

It's likely that the Pegasus 2 Promise Utility contains some 32-bit code, and Catalina won't let it run.

Try uninstalling the Pegasus 2 Promise Utility and loading the latest Pegasus 32 Promise Utility. This should work with Catalina.

But the utility software is up to date with the latest pegagus 2 utility software SR3.4.6. And I tried to download and install

the latest pegasus 3 version but no luck. Do you know what else can cause this?
