Pegasus2 R6 would not shut down, became unavailable

Hi

Yesterday one of my Pegasus send out a beeeeep, unexpected, for me. Checked the log file, screenshot attached.

Today I realised it was running, but not 'ON'. the disklights were blue but the power was not blue (the other color). Only way I could fix it was by disconnecting the power. Quite a job, requiring a ladder, since the units are in another room high up.

I am worried that this may happen again. Othervise unit is working.

Any comments???

From the attached screenshot I could see PD 6 has started developing command times out error which may need to be replaced. Please contact Promise Tech support on 408-228-1500 or reach out through support case at  https://support.promise.com/
