Hello, i use my Pegasus2 R6 with 6x2TB as Raid5 but i would like to use 4TB HDD with the Pegasus2 R6 and have insert on Slot 1 the first HDD with 4TB.
But i get every time a information about "Command times out on physical disk".
What can i do to usw 4TB HDD ?
In the compatibility list i have checked the right HDD.

Hi Sebastian,
A "Command Timeout" is where the drive does not respond to commands for 30 seconds. The drive may be a defective one if you gets continuous "Command times out on physical disk".

Thanks, but if i use only the 4TB HDD with a docking station it works fine. What can i do to use it with pegasus2?

Please clarify the below mentioned details.
Are you getting the Command times out" event on only 4TB new drives when you install it Pegasus unit? Have you checked with different drive in the same bay where 4TB HDD is installed? Also did you checked this drive with any other bay to see if same event triggers?
